Full value refund if products are returned within 30 days from date of shipping, provided original packaging is unopened. A 20% restocking fee shall be charged if packaging or products are opened, tampered or used.

For products unpacked or unpackaged, the same 20% restocking fee shall be charged.

Return Authorization Number from TWIN Audio Video is required on ALL returns. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
