SPDIF DAC with Toslink and RCA/BNC,
The Block is basically a Brick with SPDIF inputs. The Block has both BNC/RCA (choose one or the other at time of ordering) SPDIF (transformer coupled) and a Toslink connector. This is routed to a Crystal CS8412 SPDIF receiver. The output is guided through some simple logic and off to the TDA1543. The output stage of the Brick is a single 12AU7A dual triode in reactor follower mode that has the great ability to deliver the goods.

The Brick does not use a USB DAC chip. It instead uses the same DAC technology that the Cosine has. This is a non up/oversampling multibit dac with out the use of analog or digital filtering. The idea that what is on the disk is exactly what is going out without any math involved between disk and output. The output stage of the Brick is a single 12AU7A dual triode in reactor follower mode that has the great ability to deliver the goods.

The Cosecant does not use a USB DAC chip. It instead uses the same DAC technology that the Cosine has. This is a non up/oversampling multibit dac with out the use of analog or digital filtering. The Cosecant has parallel feed output transformers and is now available with optional preamplifier section.

Transcendental 44/16 DAC Module,
A zero type module with absolutely no upsampling, no oversampling, no digital or analog filtering. Oversampling and digital filtering causes some of the lack in analog sound that many of us have experienced over the years. The easiest way to look at this is what is exactly on the disk is played untouched. That is the way it should be! Cosines maximum output is 2Vac/4Vac (preamp option) from 5-20KHz -1dB, output transformer coupled impedance of 500 ohms.

Hybrid Phono Preamplifiers,
This phono preamplifier uses 3 gain stages and passive RIAA equalization. The input stage is 6GM8 triode that is directly coupled to a single very low noise NPN transistor. The output of the transistor stage is transformer coupled to the passive RIAA equalization and feed to the output triode. I have found from many years of making phono stages that tube driven RIAA stages vary too much. The use of the transistor driven transformer interstage allows correct phase and consistent impedance driving the passive RIAA stage.

Level Preamplifier with Battery B+,
With 3 inputs and a set of outputs the new Sine runs the B+ batteries. That's right this preamp is one of the quietest units made. Different from others the batteries do not use Solid State DC to DC convertors but a straight string of batteries, for low impedance and noise. Sine gain is 10dB with a maximum output of 5VAC from 5-50KHz -1dB, output transformer coupled impedance of 500 ohms.
